Welcome to Everloops. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
We offer web design, web development, and branding services. Additional services, such as website maintenance, SEO, and hosting, may be provided upon request and subject to separate agreements.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
We do not offer refunds once work has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., text, images, branding elements) in a timely manner.
Delays in providing required assets may result in project timeline adjustments.
Clients are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions for any content they provide.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final design, except for third-party elements (e.g., fonts, stock images) that may be subject to separate licenses.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses due to website downtime, security breaches, or third-party services.
We do not guarantee specific performance results (e.g., SEO rankings or traffic improvements).
6. Revisions & Changes
Minor revisions are included within the project scope; extensive revisions may incur additional charges.
Once a project is approved, additional changes will be treated as new work.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Deposits are non-refundable if termination occurs after work has commenced.
We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates terms or engages in abusive behavior.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
